This DVD is excellent for pelvic wellness, strengthen abdominal muscles, TRAM flap breast surgery, and increasing flexibility & mobility.
My Opinion: Emilee is truly an inspiration to everyone as she survives so much in her lifetime and still going strong. I watch this video in use it because I have an issue with my own pelvic walls so being able to help strengthen them is a plus for me.
