We all need a way to get rid of daily stressors
rather it is at work or home so I found a way to do so and it is Color Me
Stress Free from art therapist Lacy Mucklow and illustrated by Angela Porter.
This book has nearly 100 coloring templates to unplug and unwind in a paperback
book with big bold colors. Some of the pages are Disorganization, Finances,
Time, Health, relationships and so many more. A
simple and inexpensive way to relieve stress is by coloring images, which can
be soothing. Some even consider it an alternative to stressors, ultimately
aiding in reversing the effects of anxiety. Refocusing your attention on
something completely different to engage in a mental, physical, and emotional
shift can help break the pattern of consistent stress and allow one to
rejuvenate.
My Opinion: I really like this
adult coloring book and I have a lot of stressors in my life lately from being
unemployed to learning to budget money.
