They come in sizes (they also run slightly larger than other boxes) Small: 28"-31" waist
Large: 36"-38" waist
X-Large: 39"-42" waist
My Opinion: These are so soft and they fit the man I got them for comfortably and he did feel like he was wearing no boxers as they were that comfortable. These are a perfect Christmas gift for him!
