Sometimes we just need some gratitude in our life so being able to read this book and take a daily challenge like favorite podcast the science of happiness and it tells you to check out episode seven how gratitude benefits you bring. And then on the next page – you to fill this out Sam what are you grateful for today, what messages do I need to remind myself of today, no one I know today how would I guide my younger self through difficult situation I went through, and so much more.

Morning sidekick journal helps you identify the behavior changes how to maintain balance, and then it goes in two days and what your morning ritual will be tomorrow, my important task for today is, what causes me stress how can I better respond to it, and so much more.

I like all these journals and I think I’m going to do each one of them and or give one to my sister to use to help in her life. With fall here in the weather get cooler a lot of places I will have time in the morning to do the journal, I’ll be able to do my exercising, and then also have time to be grateful things in my life.
