Oliver Doodle Dandy Written by Todd M. Zimmerman and illustrated by Kyle Hernandez

Oliver Doodle Dandy Written by Todd M. Zimmerman and illustrated by Kyle Hernandez.  Oliver Doodle Dandy is a celebration of America. From the freedoms we cherish to the opportunities we have, to the accomplishments of legendary Americans, Oliver Doodle Dandy shows that even in difficult times the American Dream is very much alive. What a better way to teach children about the resolve of America than through a new book and companion activity book celebrating America, designed to help teachers and parents during this challenging time.

My Opinion: I like this book as explains what freedom is and why we need, why it is important we vote to keep our freedom. It teaches history and what we may have forgotten or never taught in school. I love the graphics and all this book teaches.

I want to tell you about a wonderful thing Oliver the Ornament is doing for schools and teachers. The first school that signs up in all 50 states for Oliver’s Kindness Day, a program that uses our book for kindness-centric activities gets a free case of the books which are 6 total. They are providing free digital copies of both the activity guide and the book to every other school interested in hosting the program
